November 3rd we kicked off our first team practice. Our team ranges from 9-13 years old. After introductions we worked on dribbling, passing and defense positioning. The girls are motivated and willing to lear. Several girls are trying out for their school basketball team so i will do my best to ensure they are ready for tryouts and will continue to improve throughout the season.
